Developing a prototype of your custom part is essential to streamline the development process and ensure you are satisfied with the part prior to production. Beginning with a professional drawing is the first step in creating your prototype: the drawing can identify unnecessary elements and make the workflow more productive, which can lead to more cost-effective operations.
Many times the drawings and instructions are provided by an architect or engineer, but if there are no drawings to work from, we offer product design services using CAD software Autodesk and Rhino for standalone projects, reverse engineering, and designing your conceptual “napkin drawing” to reality.
After the CAD drawing has been produced, we can move onto building an exact prototype. The prototype can then be reviewed to ensure it meets your expectations, and any necessary changes can be adjusted before outputting to production.
